Join your Canadian Chapter colleagues as we discuss a range of building sustainability and wellness certifications. Through a mediated panel of industry experts, attendees will get gain some keen insight into the considerations and decisions made regarding building certifications from various perspectives including developer, owner and corporate tenant.

Tony Pringle, Co-Founder and Partner, Quinn & Partners

Tony has a track record of designing and integrating sustainability into organizational strategy and processes. He is Quinn & Partners’ practice for real estate sustainability and has worked with many of Canada’s largest real estate owners and managers on their sustainability programs.

Jon Douglas, Director of Sustainability, Menkes
Jon is the Director of Sustainability for Menkes Developments Ltd which is a fully integrated real estate company involved in the construction, ownership and management of office, industrial, and retail properties, with a primary focus on the Greater Toronto Area.




Les Miller, Managing Partner, Crown Realty Partners
Les serves as Managing Partner, Real Estate Management at Crown where he oversees the leasing, property management and customer service functions across the 5.4M square foot portfolio of assets.





Ralf Nielsen, Director of Sustainability, Colliers Project Leaders

With a sustainability career spanning over 20 years, Ralf works with Colliers clients, advisors and project managers to integrate sustainability into the design and construction of buildings and infrastructure. He was recognized by Canada’s Clean50 in 2016.




Irena Stankovic, Environment Outreach Manager, TD Bank

Irena holds extensive sustainability-related experience in strategically leveraging and implementing North American programs and initiatives across corporate, asset management and operational teams within various facets of the CRE industry, including professional consulting, landlord and tenant based work.
