Trish Clarry, Solution Development Principal, Corporate Real Estate – JLL


Trish Clarry leads JLL’s Solutions Development effort for the Canadian Corporate Solutions business in Canada. In her role of providing real estate advisory, performance and efficiency solutions for major corporate clients, Trish leverages her 30 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry. Ms. Clarry has led teams of real estate professionals to deliver financial, operational and brand value in dynamic and changing business environments. Ms. Clarry has experience across the full real estate lifecycle, from both a service provider and occupier perspective, and holds expert knowledge in contract management, governance and enabling organizational transformation. In addition, Trish has a personal passion in driving forward Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Murad Bhatti, Sr. Director, Technology, Business Intelligence and Communication Infrastructure Management – RBC Corporate Real Estate


At RBC Corporate Real Estate, Murad Bhatti is responsible for management and oversight  including strategy, operations and implementation of real estate applications, workplace technologies and the business intelligence program. He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in process engineering, corporate real estate and technology management. Murad holds a MBA in Technology and Innovation and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He also holds Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green belt certifications.

Janine Grossman, Principal – Perkins+Will


As Principal and leader of Perkins+Will's Toronto and Ottawa interiors practices, Janine brings a rich 24-year history contributing to the strategy, design, and management of commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects ranging from 5,000 to over 4 million square feet. Janine is a talented, dynamic and well-respected leader in the field, and is the recipient of a Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s Urban Design Award and a number of Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) awards for excellence, innovation, and originality in interior design. When Janine’s not relationship-building and creating new business opportunities, she is contributing to the broader interior design community with recognition as a Fellow and Past President of ARIDO. 
 
Anthea Nardi, Account Manager, Technology Solutions – JLL


Anthea Nardi is an Account Manager for the Technology Solutions division of JLL. She oversees the support and expansion of the Utilization IQ Platform (UIQ). UIQ is a platform that applies analytics to aggregated data from building systems and sensor technology. The data is used to provide detailed insights on space utilization and behavioural patterns of employees in their workplace which allows occupancy planners and workplace strategists to make informed and definitive decisions around space management. Ms. Nardi comes to Technology Solutions with an extensive background in IoT software development and consulting in an agile environment.
