For February 2024 we are excited to have George Della Rocca, Global Head of Corporate Real Estate at BMO, and CoreNet Canada's 2023 CRE Professional of the Year.  

George Della Rocca is BMO's Global Head of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) with responsibility for the bank’s office, retail and critical facilities worldwide. He joined the bank in 2016 and was appointed Global Head in 2018, leading all aspects of BMO’s global real estate portfolio from strategy and transformation through to operations. 

George has over 25 years of Corporate Real Estate experience and has spent his career working both on the consulting side and for large global organizations in the technology and banking sectors. Over the course of his career he has conceptualized and executed transformational initiatives in the areas of outsourcing, workplace transformation, real estate development, acquisition integration and technology.  

George holds a Bachelor of Arts (Administrative & Commercial Studies) from Western University, a law degree (LLB) from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and, when not at work, is involved in youth sports as an advisor and Board member.
