    L'informatique quantique :

    Quantum Computing:

The Next Invisible Force and its Impact on Real Estate

Quantum computing is becoming the next invisible force shaping where we build, how we secure buildings, and how long today’s real estate assets remain safe.

For real estate leaders, it raises new questions about asset value, smart building security, and long-term infrastructure resilience. And much like artificial intelligence, its emergence could move to practical impact faster than many industries expect.

    What you will see

This session translates quantum computing out of the laboratory and into the real world of buildings, portfolios, and innovation districts. Emerging quantum innovation hubs are beginning to influence where talent clusters, where companies locate, and where the next generation of high-value real estate will emerge. At the same time, quantum computing introduces a new class of security risk for smart buildings. Many systems embedded in modern buildings, including access cards, elevators, lighting, HVAC, and IoT infrastructure, rely on cryptographic technologies that quantum computing is expected to challenge.

    Why you should attend?

Because buildings operate for decades, decisions made today may determine asset value and whether they remain secure and resilient.

    What you will gain?

Participants will gain early insights into how quantum computing will impact real estate including where it will affect property value and a practical framework to ensure that today’s smart buildings do not become tomorrow’s vulnerable assets.

No prior knowledge or exposure to quantum computing is required.
